We’ll begin by providing a design questionnaire for you to complete, followed by a simple strategy call to chat about your current situation and what elements of your brand will be most important to distinguish you from your competition. This overview strategy will be agreed upon by all parties before moving forward.

After approving this brand strategy, you trust the design process to us.

Your formal design presentation will follow this process. After you have time to absorb the presentation fully, you’ll provide us one round of revisions if necessary.

The full project deliverables will follow in a timely manner, and you’ll be on your way!

Generally, the timeline falls between 6-8 weeks from the initial strategy call to the deliverables of your final brand components.

Are you a good fit for custom branding?

If you like a collaborative process, but want to lean on a professional design strategist, this kit works well for you. Ideally, you’re not willing to rush the process, but you do want a timeline that will be upheld. Finally, you are willing to invest in a brand that moves the needle forward for your business.

Will I understand Canva?

Although this package contains a Canva Brand Kit which is very user friendly, additional training with Canva can be provided on an hourly fee basis.

How will I receive my deliverables?

After your project is finalized, we’ll send you a link to a custom Google drive folder that contains your files. We suggest downloading these files to your computer hard drive immediately after you receive the link.

What if I have other branding needs?

We love helping clients flesh out their brand in whatever ways suit them best. We can help with more design elements should you need them, or point you to trusted outsourced contacts if your needs go beyond our design focus.
