We’ll begin by providing a design questionnaire for you to complete, followed by a simple strategy call to chat about your brand goals.

After the strategy call, we’ll create 2 distinct design ‘moodboards’ which showcase different design possibilities. After choosing a moodboard direction, we’ll get to work on the design process.

Your design presentation will follow this process. After you have time to absorb the presentation fully, you’ll provide us one round of revisions if necessary.

Your project deliverables will follow in a timely manner, and you’re set to unleash your brand!

Since the decision-making process will be simpler in nature, we can generally complete the project in a 4-5 week turnaround time.

What happens if I get ‘stuck’ in the decision making process?

Although this kit is meant to streamline our approach, if you find yourself needing a more comprehensive process, we can adjust the timeline and investment as necessary to meet your goals.

How will I receive my deliverables?

After your project is finalized, we’ll send you a link to a custom Google drive folder that contains your files. We suggest downloading these files to your computer hard drive immediately after you receive the link.

What if I have other branding needs?

We love helping clients flesh out their brand in whatever ways suit them best. We can help with more design elements should you need them, or point you to trusted outsourced contacts if your needs go beyond our design focus.
